Spirit owner Lauren opened her first salon in High Wycombe and to celebrate her first 18th salon birthday she opened SHC in Wallingford. Lauren is passionate about first class customer care and is a certified A1 Assessor and an NVQ qualified trainer. Lauren also holds a distinction in her Colour Masters.

Lauren says “There’s no such thing as difficult hair, only the wrong approach to dealing with it. It's our hope that we can teach our clients how to deal with their hair at home, no matter what their personal skill levels.Lauren works very closely with Schwarzkopf and has launched new colour ranges on stage to salons across London and South East. She feels very privileged to work with an amazing team.
